Open Studio: Makerspace & Craft at Mammen Family Public Library

Work on a personal project using Makerspace tools such as a laser engraver, 3D printers, Cricut cutters, paper-crafting machines, and a heat press on Saturday, November 28, 2026, from 1 pm to 3 pm. Materials are not provided, though some may be purchased at cost. Staff offer shared assistance; first-time visitors should allow time for paperwork and an introduction to the space. Projects may take more than one visit.

Registration is required and opens November 7 at 1 pm. Include a brief project description and a valid Library of Things card number when registering. Open Studio is designed for adults ages 18 and older; children ages 10 and older may attend with an adult Library of Things cardholder. Please cancel if you cannot attend so someone on the waitlist may have a chance to participate. For questions, email maker@mfplibrary.org.
